Teman Konser is operated by Orchestra Experience for finding a concert companion.
Name, email, WhatsApp number, optional Instagram handle, photo, interests, matching preferences, consent records, invitations, reports and technical session identifiers. Data is stored and processed in Indonesia.
To operate matching, prevent abuse, send requested notifications and verify a paid two-seat concert booking. We do not show your phone number or email in the lobby.
Your WhatsApp number is available to a matched participant only after both participants have consented and an eligible two-ticket adjacent-seat order has been paid.
Active and draft profiles are erased after 90 days. You may request deletion at any time from your profile; ticket orders remain with the ticket seller for legal/accounting purposes.
